In 2010, Jeff and Suzette Tyler made a life change; they bought a hot dog cart. Since then, the business has been growing rapidly. Three months after that first purchase, they bought a second hot dog stand. So naturally, more catering came along, and Palooza Catering and Events was born. Next, the BunSlinger (our food truck) roamed the streets of Sonoma County, and eventually, Palooza Brewery and Gastropub were established in 2014. Never forgetting the community that helped them, Jeff and Suzette give back to many organizations such as Light the Night, Project Grad, Kenwood Rotary Club, Canine Companion, The Kenwood Fire Department, and Kenwood schools. When asked about their business, they say, “Treat people right, buy good ingredients, and don’t screw up.”
